Privacy Statement

Stoneworx B.V. respects your privacy and handles the data you leave through this website with care. This statement explains what data we process, why we do so and how long we keep it.

This statement covers only visits to and use of this website. If you are a client using one of our products or services, separate arrangements apply, including a data processing agreement. Those are set out in your agreement and not in this statement.

This is a translation of the Dutch text. In the event of any difference between the two versions, the Dutch text prevails.

We have not appointed a data protection officer. This is not required for an organisation of our size with this type of processing.

What data we process

Contact form

When you complete the contact form, we process:

your name
your company name
your e-mail address
your telephone number, if you provide it
the subject of your enquiry
the content of your message

Name, company name, e-mail address, subject and message are required. Your telephone number is optional.

Purpose: to answer your question and, where there is reason to, to discuss our services with you.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to someone who contacts us of their own accord, and where applicable steps taken prior to entering into an agreement.

Retention: we keep your message for up to twelve months after our last contact. If your enquiry leads to a working relationship, the correspondence moves to your client file and is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and thereafter in line with our statutory retention obligations.

Visit data

We do not place tracking cookies on this website and we do not use advertising pixels.

We do record which pages are visited, using Vercel Web Analytics. No cookies are placed in the process and no profile of you is built. We see visit counts per page, not who you are.

The fonts on this website are loaded from Google’s servers, through the Google Fonts service. Google receives your browser’s IP address in the process. No cookies are placed with it.

Who processes your data for us

We engage three parties that process your data on our behalf. A data processing agreement is in place with each of them. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Resend handles the technical delivery of the contact form to our mailbox. Resend is established in the United States and keeps the content and delivery logs for thirty days, after which they are deleted automatically. For the transfer to the United States we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses included in the data processing agreement with Resend.

Microsoft provides the e-mail environment in which your message is received and stored, as part of Microsoft 365. This processing takes place within the European Union.

Vercel provides the hosting for this website and also supplies Vercel Web Analytics, which we use to record visit counts per page. For the hosting, technical log files are kept containing among other things IP addresses, which are needed to route traffic and secure the site. Vercel is established in the United States. For the transfer we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses from the data processing agreement with Vercel.

Google Fonts. The fonts on this website are loaded from Google’s servers. Google receives your browser’s IP address in the process, which is technically needed to deliver the font file. No cookies are placed with it.

In addition, we may provide data to third parties where we are required to do so by law.

Security

This website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to our mailbox is limited to employees for whom it is necessary and is protected with two-factor authentication.

Your rights

You have the right to:

see what data we process about you
have incorrect data corrected
have your data deleted
object to the processing
receive your data in a commonly used file format

To exercise these rights, send a message to info@stoneworx.nl. We respond within one month. To be sure the request comes from you, we may ask you to confirm your identity.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Changes

We may amend this privacy statement, for example when we add new functionality to the website. The current version is always published on this page.
