Stoneworx and NedPT become one organisation

Soest / Porto, December 2025. IT service provider Stoneworx and the Portuguese organisation NedPT have formally consolidated their existing collaboration as of December 2025. Both organisations had been executing joint projects for several years; the collaboration has now been legally and organisationally formalised. The combined organisation continues under the name Stoneworx.

One integrated Mendix organisation

With this step, a single integrated Mendix organisation emerges with teams in the Netherlands and Portugal. The Dutch team focuses on consultancy, architecture and client management, while the Portuguese team specialises in software development. In practice, employees work together daily in fixed hybrid teams, where functional design and technical implementation are united.

Expert-level expertise

Stoneworx has nine Mendix Expert-certified developers and one Mendix MVP. All other developers are Advanced-certified. Part of the team has more than ten years of experience with Mendix and enterprise low-code implementations.

Confirmation of existing practice

The formalisation is primarily a confirmation of existing practice. The organisations were already functioning as one delivery team, but were formally still separate. By making the collaboration official, a single organisation emerges with uniform quality standards, development processes and methodology.

Benefits for clients

For clients, the merger primarily means more scalability and continuity. The larger combined capacity makes it easier to scale up during peak loads, while management and communication from the Netherlands are maintained. At the same time, more room for specialisation emerges within the team, particularly in ERP and HR system integrations, data platforms and user interfaces.
